These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Arpeggio.one (“Arpeggio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any tools, calculators, content, and services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Arpeggio provides calculators, estimators, and related content to help you think about solar-electric and hybrid conversions for boats and similar vessels. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
The results produced by our tools are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, surveying, financial, safety, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any results and for any decisions you make based on them.
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

Most Arpeggio calculators can be used without an account. If we later add authentication or sign-in features (including via Google OAuth), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Service and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

Our use of YouTube API Services is limited to read-only operations, such as listing and displaying videos and metadata. We do not use the Service to upload, modify, or delete YouTube content on your behalf.
Unless otherwise noted, the Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Art Sea LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art Sea LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the relevant part of the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Sea LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
